Mexico is where the story of vanilla began. Often described as "the original vanilla", Mexican V.planifolia vanilla beans are full of flavor. While the most conspicuous taste and arom is vanilla, it also boasts a chocolate and mocha undertone and a spicy vanilla kick. These beautiful, plump and oily vanilla beans enhance any dessert with bold, memorable vanilla flavor. When used to make vanilla extract, they are often paird with sweet and smokey bourbons, dark rums, spiced rums, brandy and vodkas. Of course, all VanillaPura vanilla beans are packaged vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We sell by the weight, not by the bean, to ensure that you get the same amount every time no matter the bean size of any particular harvest. These beans are usually between 4" and 7" inches long and have a dark brown color. All of our beans are independently tested for quality. While we are new to Amazon, we are not new to vanilla and extracts. Our journey began in 2016 with our own hand-crafted extracts.
