- USE - The barbed end is used to connect flexible hose or tubing, the NPT end is used to connect to threaded pipe fittings, 90° angle to change direction of flow between pipes, and can be used with PVC, PU, rubber hose or tubing.It is a fitting specially used in pipeline connection engineering.It is suitable for use with gases, water, oil, and non-corrosive liquids.
- WORKING PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE - 1200PSI maximum working pressure, temperature range -65°F to +250°F (-53°C to +121°C)
- NOTE - NPT is a tapered pipe thread with a 60°taper and generally cannot be screwed to the end.
