7” Zirconia Flap Discs by Black Hawk Abrasives are the perfect choice for large scale deburring, deflashing, removing rust, surface finishing, blending and of course general grinding and stock removal. These discs are 7” diameter and feature all of the same benefits and product features Black Hawk Flap Discs are known for. Each 7” Flapper disc is manufactured with longevity and strength in mind. Heavy duty X-weight cotton / polyester flaps covered and resin bonded with premium zirconia grain are then coated with an active grinding agent for reduced loading and cool grinding. When grinding on a large work piece it’s important to have something that will last and not continually need to be changed out for other abrasives. The 7” Zirc Flap Disc replaces the need for grinding wheels and resin fiber discs and will outlast most other standard zirconia flap discs on the market.
