- Part Compatibility - This Oil Tank Assembly replaces multiple part numbers: 1200-8M0063190, 12008M0063190, 8M0063190, 833069T9, and 833069T6. It is suitable for Mercury Optimax 110HP to 200HP and EFI 175HP to 240HP outboard engines
- Issue Resolution - The tank is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The two sensor wires in the tank are used to monitor and manage its condition. The upgraded flat washer effectively prevents leaks, while the high-quality brass fittings ensure proper fluid flow and venting balance. Replacing this tank resolves the issue of 4 beeps every two minutes
- Easy Install - The tank is held in place by three bolts, two oil lines, and two sensor wires. Once installed, the main tank is pressurized by the engine running, so we will use compressed air to recreate this. Unscrew the bleed screw and apply pressure until the tank is filled (2-4 minutes). When it is full, close the bleed screw, prime the fuel ball, and you are ready to boat
