  • Solve Car Sagging: Has your car sagged in one corner, one axle, or the entire car overnight? Unless you have an external leak at the strut, this is caused by a bad seal or debris in the seat causing fluid to bypass the locking valve.
  • Kit Include and Compatibility: This is a complete PTFE seal kit for valve block 2000 to 2006. The kit contains 14 high temperature o rings, 14 square cut backup rings, 2 external seals for the control valve, and new clips.
  • Long Lifespan PTFE Seal Ring: Later model blocks use rubber backup rings instead of the PTFE backup rings found on earlier blocks. If your PTFE ring is damaged or your block has rubber backup ring, then this is the kit you need. The PTFE backup ring will outlast the nitrile backup ring.
  • Ensure Proper Installation: Correctly install all square backup rings before installing electromagnets in the valve block. Requires ample lubrication for installation. ABC fluid flush necessary to prevent debris from getting trapped in valves post seal rebuild.
  • Common Seal Failures in the ABC System: The ABC system is a computer controlled hydraulic system that maintains chassis height. If corners sag after parking, it's often due to a valve block seal failure, allowing fluid to flow out of the strut and back into the reservoir, typically caused by a deteriorating o ring in the locking valve.
